What We Will Journey Through:
The Philosophy of Yoga: Discover the ancient wisdom that guides deliberate living.
Breathwork (Pranayama): Learn powerful techniques to calm and center your body and mind.
Home Practice: Develop a personal routine of yoga and meditation to enrich your daily life.
Path to Certification
This program serves as the foundational first layer of our comprehensive 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program. Upon completing this module, you will have the opportunity to seamlessly continue your journey and dive deeper into:
Practical anatomy for yoga
The Physical Practice: Gain a deeper understanding of asana (postures).
Cueing and sequencing for impactful teaching
The energetics of yoga, and much more!
